Zëdhënësi i Komisionit Evropian Eric Mammer konfirmoi se Presidentja Ursula von der Layen gjatë qëndrimit të saj në Shkup, javën që vjen do të diskutojë edhe rreth kontestit mes Sofjes dhe Shkupit, raporton MIA nga Brukseli. Zëdhënës Mammer nuk dha detaje të tjera, nën arsyetimin se pyetjeve do t’u jepet përgjigje në konferencat për shtyp në rajon.
Ndryshe nga 28 deri më 30 shtator, von der Layen do të vizitojë Ballkanin Perëndimor, duke filluar nga Shqipërinë dhe Maqedoninë e Veriut.
